Customize Your Safety Vest with a Logo

Custom safety vests don’t need long email threads, artwork approvals, or back-and-forth phone calls. At Inland Empire Safety & Supply, we’ve made the process simple: you can upload your logo directly on the product page while placing your order.

This guide walks you through exactly how to upload your logo, select your vest, and complete your order in just a few minutes.

What You’ll Need Before You Start

Before visiting the product page, make sure you have:

• Your company logo file ready to upload

• The vest size(s) and quantity you need

• Basic logo preferences (standard logo placement is applied unless otherwise noted)

Note: Logo orders typically have a minimum quantity, color limitations, and a standard production lead time. These details are clearly listed on the product page.

Step 1: Choose your vest

Start by visiting our safety vest collection and choose the safety vest that works for you.

On the product page, you’ll see customization options directly above the “Add to Cart” button.

Step 2: Select the “Logo” Option

Under the product options, choose “Logo” instead of “No Logo.”

This selection activates the logo upload field and tells our production team that your order includes custom printing.

Step 3: Choose Your Vest Size(s)

Select the size you need from the available options (S–4XL on most safety vests).

If you need multiple sizes:

• Add each size to the cart separately 
  

Step 4: Upload Your Logo File

Scroll to the section labeled “Logo File Upload.”

• Click the upload button

• Select your logo file from your computer

• Confirm the file is attached before continuing

Your logo file is automatically linked to your order and sent to our team for review and production.

Step 5: Select Quantity and Add to Cart

Adjust the quantity using the + / – buttons.

Once everything looks correct:

• Click Add to Cart

• Your vest selection and logo file will now be saved in your cart

Step 6: Complete Checkout

Proceed through checkout as normal.

There’s no separate form or follow-up email required — your uploaded logo stays attached to the order, allowing our team to begin processing as soon as payment is confirmed.
