The 1287FR-BRK-O orange high-visibility flame-retardant safety vest delivers both safety and functionality for professionals working in high-risk environments. Manufacturers construct this vest using durable orange polyester mesh fabric and matching orange binding, ensuring breathability while maximizing visibility.

They equip the vest with 2-inch silver reflective tape laid over 4-inch orange or lime contrasting fabric in a two-tone pattern, significantly enhancing visibility in various lighting conditions.

This orange safety vest meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Class 2 standards. It includes a hook & loop front closure and a breakaway system on the shoulders and sides, allowing workers to quickly remove it in emergencies. Designers also added two radio clip holders for communication devices and six practical pockets—two inside upper chest pockets, two outside upper chest pockets, and two outside lower pockets with flaps—for convenient on-the-job storage.

The flame-retardant fabric, tested to ASTM D6413 standards, self-extinguishes when exposed to flame. However, washing diminishes its flame-resistant properties. Therefore, users should avoid wearing this vest in environments with arc flash or ongoing fire hazards.
