Ironwear Hi Vis Lime Flame Retardant Safety Vest-
Product Code: 1284FR-LZ-RD -
This 100% polyester flame-retardant mesh safety vest is designed for high visibility and added protection in various work environments. With 2 radio clip holders and 2” silver reflective tape over the shoulders and around the torso, this vest ensures visibility and safety for workers. It features a zipper front closure and five pockets for ample storage, including a chest pocket, two exterior waist pockets, and two interior waist pockets. The vest meets ANSI/ISEA 107 standards and is classified as Type R, Class 2, making it ideal for environments where high visibility is essential. The fabric has been tested to ASTM D6413 standards, providing self-extinguishing properties in case of fire exposure.
Flame-Retardant Properties:
The fabric is treated to self-extinguish when exposed to fire, with an after-flame time of less than 2.0 seconds and a char length of less than 6 inches on average. However, the flame-retardant properties may diminish with washing, and this vest should not be used in environments with arc flash or flash fire hazards.
Care Instructions:
- Machine wash warm
- Tumble dry low
- Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean
