This 100% polyester flame-retardant mesh safety vest is designed for enhanced visibility and protection in a variety of work environments. Equipped with 2 radio clip holders and 2” silver reflective tape over the shoulders and around the torso, the vest provides excellent visibility, particularly in low-light settings. Featuring a zipper front closure and five pockets for convenient storage, this vest is both practical and functional. It meets ANSI/ISEA 107 standards and is classified as Type R, Class 2, making it ideal for industries requiring high visibility. Additionally, the fabric has been tested to ASTM D6413 standards, offering self-extinguishing properties under fire exposure.
Flame-Retardant Properties:
The treated fabric self-extinguishes when exposed to fire, with an after-flame time of less than 2.0 seconds and a char length of less than 6 inches on average. Note that flame-retardant properties diminish with washing, and this vest is not intended for use in environments with arc flash or flash fire hazards.
