The .45mm one-piece design bonds nylon mesh between two layers of PVC, providing exceptional protection against chemicals and acids. This construction makes the coveralls more impervious to rips and tears while maintaining 100% waterproof integrity for hazardous environments.

Self-Extinguishing Flame Retardant Properties

Tested under ASTM D6413 for flame-retardant performance, these coveralls self-extinguish when exposed to fire. After-flame time is less than 2 seconds on average with char length under 6 inches. Not suitable for arc flash or flash fire hazards.

Secure Fit and Protective Design Features

Zipper front closure with double storm flap ensures secure protection. The attached hood includes drawstring closure for customized fit. Adjustable wrist and leg openings provide additional security against chemical exposure during extended wear in demanding conditions.
